What happens if my employer goes out of business?
If your employer goes out of business, then you will be entitled to be considered for redundancy payments. Please refer to the questions about redundancy.
What happens if I can’t contact my usual contact at my training provider or if they have gone out of business?
There is a lot of turbulence in the apprenticeship sector at the moment and you may need to go on to your training provider’s website to find alternative contact methods, and of course, it’s possible the training provider may have gone out of business.
